      Locally competitive salary and benefits.

      Cons

      Management is very poor. They constantly demand more hours that what you are hired for. Your job never feels secure, even for a model employee. Press Ganey scores are the focus rather than patient safety and evidence-based medicine.

      The only thing about this place is my coworkers.

      Cons

      Training. Management. Definitally have favorites. Over worked and expected to do more with literally no fricken people working. They give to many people the same day off and leave everyone to struggle.
