None, Believe me, if anyone is writing pros about this pathetic company, they are paid reviews, trust me. The management treat you as laborers. They feed you peanuts as salary. Forget about your personal time. They call you even on Saturday, Sunday just for fun with no work at all. Never join this company as a fresher. They trap freshers who are unemployed for a year and desperate to work for free as i was.. HR got not manners how to talk to peoples. I had seriously bad time with this company. I would never recommend any one to join this company. CEO and others they don't care about you. They are just concerned about making money. I hope no one have to face this nightmare as i had to.
Cons
I can write a book on cons for V2soft. 1. Bad HR team, treat you like animal, one advice, never go and talk to HR in person. 2. Bad management. They will call you in the night to come to office without providing cab from their side for completely unnecessary reason. 3. No cafeteria. 4. micro management, you literally have to give every minute report to manager. 5. Your bathroom minutes are counted as leisure minutes. yes, you have to do an entry in the register if going for washroom. 6. Security guards are even superior than you, they will tell you what you can and can't do. They are very very rude. 7. No hike. yes max hike you will get here is 2% and that too if you are lucky. 8. No salary. 9. 2 year bond. 10. No work from home, you don't get laptops. 11. Pathetic work environment. Too much of office politics. 12. No one care for you here, even you are going through and emergency situation. I have written enough, please don't add misery to your life by joining this company.
