Pros
Vanguard is extremely good at helping employees maintain a work-life balance. Employees are encouraged to utilize vacation time and scheduling can be flexible to accomodate issues that arize. Very family friendly.
Cons
Flexibility and friendliness of the culture can sometimes lead to a slow moving environment. Producing larger quantities of superior work is not necessarily to an employees benefit, making "star" employees feel under utilized
