Pros
The pros consist of getting a "paycheck" (even though you will need to work bizarre and ever-changing hours at a rate of pay below what any person could reasonably live on)
Cons
*horrible and ever-changing hours *a management team that is largely inept, incompetent, inconsiderate and apparently trained to follow illegal practices *boring, monotonous tedium *co-workers who in large part do not wish to work and carry their end of the total workload *favoritism *rascism towards many types of people *Outdated and often improperly functioning equipment which prohibits your ability to perform your job efficiently *Shady and often down-right illegal pay practices in which you will work X amount of hours yet not see the proper pay nor overtime which is due to you *Working excessive hours yet still considered "part-time", thus shielding the company from having to provide benefits of any type
