Our culture is nothing without the smart and kind people who make it what it is, we're glad you agree! While we continue to grow and invest in talent and technology, we restructured to further align our investments to our business strategy. This also required us to make the difficult decision to eliminate a small percentage of roles. We value the contribution of our employees and the decision was not taken lightly. We have been supporting those who are impacted with access to potential new opportunities inside WP Engine along with career coaching, job placement services, and transition financial support.
