Great Coworkers, and Great Work/Life Balance
May 30, 2023 - UX Researcher in Austin, TXRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
- Great Benefits and Time Off - Great Work Life Balance - I feel encouraged to take time for myself - Remote First - Great place to learn
Cons
Currently the company is trying to figure out how to grow, and there is a lot of confusion with re-organization and consolidating strategy amongst different products.
- Current Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
This company and leadership mean well, they have all the right intentions, right fully focussed on revenue, profitability, people, DEI.
Cons
Many instances of simply wrong leaders in wrong spots. These are great humans but are simply not equipped to do their jobs. Completely lack experience or lack foresight. Execution and delivery on commitments and decision making is slow. Company remains an aging startup, entirely sales driven. Product led growth is the latest buzz word- so many such buzz words in the last 2 years, optimistic that atleast this will stick.

Pros
Decent pay, decent benefits, some travel
Cons
When I was given an offer and started my first day I realized what a mistake it was, and this feeling dragged on for months. So many different departments that were grossly siloed and uncommunicative. So many projects that had no real goals or success criteria defined. Middle management constantly gassing you up as the hottest ticket in their departments while simultaneously offering you 0 support for your own workload and then throwing you under the bus if you fell short. Team offsites and team building exercises were a distraction for their mismanaged product, held together by folks that have 0 understanding of the stack. Worklife balance is almost completely non-existent. Got out and didn't look back.

Treated like an animal
Nov 9, 2022 - Technical Support Specialist L2RecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Benefits and a decent brand to put on a resume. The people are nice.
Cons
Support Management will treat you like a dog. Nothing you do will ever be good enough they will always demand more. All of support staff are overworked and management doesn’t care and will not do anything to make things better. You are not allowed to use the restroom. If you spend even 5 min not constantly accepting 3 chats you can expect to hear about it from your manager. Management knows that the job has a lot of burnout, they are significantly understaffed from people quitting constantly, and people are spread too thin. They simply do not care. You are less than human at this company. Managers constantly push efficiency and say we aren’t working hard enough as we have less and less people every day doing more and more work. As the work quota constantly increases for every employee, they are even stricter about cancelling breaks. You are regularly expected to wait hours for a break or to use the restroom. If you are in the restroom for more than 5 min you can expect to hear about it from a manager. You will be in multiple chats constantly every day, and if you need a break or a moment to take a breath or get a glass of water they just encourage you to keep working instead. You are treated like an animal and not a human while working in support

- Current Employee, more than 5 years★★★★★
Pros
Fantastic culture with values at the core of it. Amazing leadership with heart, who really care about doing the right thing, and smart, kind colleagues. Ability to work virtually. Good pay, benefits, development.
Cons
Transitional stage of growth can be challenging at times (not a startup, not a big company yet), and super fast pace of change won't work for everyone.
- Former Employee, more than 5 years★★★★★

Cons
Unsure about industry growth in long term

Great Job so far- interesting work
Jan 20, 2023 - Sales ManagerRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Been here for almost 6 months now. Great benefits, flexible work-completely remote. People are brilliant here to be honest and pretty down to earth (most). There was a huge learning curve but they provide the resources to help. The pay has been great but like any Sales job will ebb and flow depending on market conditions- the structure is also very straightforward and not overly complicated
Cons
Sales is growing rapidly and many long time customers say support is sliding in the wrong direction. Typical with growing companies. Leadership is easy to talk to and communicates often.
