Rude managers, not relatable staff, bad hours, disorganized store... the staff had no idea how to deal with the new position of “beauty consultant.” Even upper level management didn’t really know how to handle its newfound place in the beauty world. It was impossible to keep busy with what little work we had to do, not to mention the GARBAGE products we had to work with. Every day I was told I was doing something “wrong” by not standing at my desk, by not walking around the store, by not promoting the program.
