Pros
The pay is good, the work schedule is 3days a week or 4 days a week plus overtime. I like the 3 days a week 10hour day schedule anything extra is overtime.
Cons
Most jobs within the distribution center are extremely strenuous and tiresome. This affects teamwork because no one wants to help someone struggling if they are working hard to help themselves. They tell you it is physical but it also a very emotional and mental job as well. Your in the heat in a trailer sweating and boxes are quite litterly burying you. I have come across many people who cannot hold it together under some of these situations.
