      This corporation is the biggest private employer in the US and is vital to the country’s economy based on this statistics alone. The jobs that Walmart creates are highly essential, making it one of the most important companies in the world.

      Cons

      Walmart is a great company with limited career opportunities. Many times they rather to hire an external insted of promoting the internals.

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Cons

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
