Reasonable shopping and education options and great rural lifestyle opportunities, especially if you enjoy outdoor activities, nature and college sports. Challenging job opportunities as long as you have your manager's support.
Cons
Large bureaucracy can sometimes be frustrating, information not always shared freely enough, politics at officer and senior management level can be counterproductive, frequently too much competition as opposed to collaboration internally.
