Pros
In technology it's a really good place to start your career, because you immediately get involved with the tech trends or some legacies, as well as different environments and ways of working. People hired is also nice. Tech interviewers and HR are in charge that every persona matches with the team. I love working here because of the people, in fact my team become really close and found some good friends.
Cons
Talking to managers is easy, but if you're kinda shy then it'll be hard for you to move or grow inside the company.
