Pros

-Helpful co-workers and managers who actually answer my questions about TLE and try to train me for things that come up constantly but are not in Pathways -2 paid 15-minute breaks -I can go home for lunch as I live so close

Cons

-TLE is extraordinarily stressful behind the counter especially; customers often back up to the door as the phone is ringing off the hook and I also have to find tires for someone and check someone else's car in, all while customers are yelling at me it's taking too long when I'm the only person working -Procedures are often confusing and not explained until I get something wrong, and even then it seems to differ from manager to manager -Some customers are awful and demand the impossible from me when I barely know the department -Job is also very physical and dirty, and requires heavy lifting of 35-plus-pound batteries and tires on a regular basis

Pros

Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

Cons

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
