Immature in terms of training new employees - Senior Software Engineer III Walmart Employee Review

Work is not something that will allow learning. Environment has lots of issues that extends timelines. Too much micromanagement on employees who joined recently. And unrealistic expectation that they will complete task in a week that years old employee takes 1 months to do. So much pressure on timelines. If things continued this way then will have to think of exit strategy in 2021.
