Pros

If you can mentally, emotionally, and physically put in the full five days during the week you have the potential to make $4000 a month. Working 3 nights a week means 4 nights at home to recover.

Cons

underpaid, understaffed, mandatory ten-hour +, mandatory overtime, unsafe work conditions, Incredibly high turn-over rate. I would not recommend working here. Walmart can afford to pay much more. 3 ten-hour days is only 30 hours, check every two weeks average $1200 You have to push yourself to work 5 nights a week you make 80 hours regular pay plus 20 hours overtime makes about $2200 every two weeks.

Pros

Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

Cons

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
