The biggest pro is they will pay for a 4 year degree, even if you only work 1 day a week. It is also a relatively low stress job with decent
Cons
The downsides are generally your team is understaffed, and everything from corporate is passed down to your team lead. You are always under the gun to hit your times. Times can be tonight to hit unless you are moving at lightning speed. Nothing will happen, it is just more of a nuisance to constantly have your team lead bugging you.
