      Pros

      I get to work with many different birds with all their own personalities. The upper management execs in Bentonville really don't seem to care as long as the parrots can sign up for their walmart credit card program.

      Cons

      Long hours, and you really seem to only get more money if you use less peanuts each month for the birds.

      Pros

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Cons

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
