      - CEO chasing the share price to the detriment of everything else. - Limited career development path. - Significant disconnect between performance and reward. - Significant disconnect between senior management and the "shop floor". - No paid overtime policy. - Below inflation pay rise, and even that is deferred. - Salary continuously drifts below the industry average.

      Pros

      good team culture, ability to grow and focus on my professional goals, so far good life balance! I came with the BD transition and have been happy so far. It might be my team, as I feel incredibly supported.

      Seems like not much transparency in things and clouds over our heads a lot of the time. A lot of anxiety about the future of the company and its employees
