Pros

There is little pros that I can think of , other than the customers. The customers are the best and happy

Cons

There are programs in place that protect diversity, but they are never used. If a problem occurs, and is brought up to corporate level, nothing comes of it., then about 3 weeks later you get terminated without an explanation and 5 years with a company means nothing.

Wawa values all of its Associates and specifically prohibits any unfair or discriminatory treatment of anyone who works with us. If any Wawa Associate submits a complaint alleging that they have been subject to unfair or discriminatory treatment, Wawa investigates such allegations fairly and promptly.

Pros

As a supervisor you can control the work environment to the best of your ability to make the store a great place to be for customers/coworkers. Pay is at a decent starting level for the position.

Cons

Basic Associates only accrue PTO creating issues with Work/Life balance unless you've made it a long time without needing to take a day. Attendance Point System is unforgiving without readily available PTO. As management differs between stores experiences may vary.
