      Employee Stock (given after one year) Possible friendly environment Training Staff was awesome

      Zero Assistance after training - Expected to know all of the inner workings immdeiately Hyper "Retail Atmosphere" meaning ZERO work life balance for managers Job typically is your fault if done wrong and others if done right Questioned often if you are not doing everything their way. ZERO chance of getting into corporate unless you work in the store/dairy for 10 years. Some stores are run by dictators. Drama & Cattiness

      Pros

      As a supervisor you can control the work environment to the best of your ability to make the store a great place to be for customers/coworkers. Pay is at a decent starting level for the position.

      Cons

      Basic Associates only accrue PTO creating issues with Work/Life balance unless you've made it a long time without needing to take a day. Attendance Point System is unforgiving without readily available PTO. As management differs between stores experiences may vary.
