Pros
Great flexibility and great atmosphere. A lot of great people are currently employed here who are very dedicated individuals.
Cons
Mediocre Salaries and benefits, many layoffs. Takes a long time to establish each individuals career path even longer to climb each rung of the ladder. Upper management doesn't seem to be concerned with the actions taken to reduce their costs as long as they do so. ex. Outsourcing
