Pros
Most of the people care about the work and there are a few select people working to maintain what was good about the culture.
Cons
Little to no respect for those outside of the Investment platform. I’d even go so far as to say that leadership has gone out of their way to disrespect those on the ground doing the work that enables investors to do their jobs.
