Pros
There used to be many more reasons but unfortunately leadership has destroyed a company 100 years in the making in just a few years time. The best asset was the competence and dedication of the worker bees and they have either been divested or left on their own accord to go to other organizations with competent leadership and a future.
Cons
Poor leadership pimping the integrity and future of the company for short term stock holders gain and actually failed at that ultimately as well.
