Pros
Fast-paced, good for building multi-tasking managerial experience to move on to something better, and that's about it.
Cons
Nearly impossible-to acheive workloads & company requirements, cut-to-the-bone labor, constant staffing issues, a 24-hour establishment...so say goodbye to personal/down time. Overall, very poor employee/management morale throughout, due to stress.
