Pros
cool people, easy but fast paced job. Always new challenges. This was just a summer job for me but I enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I would. I loved that they actually enforced the "if the fries are old, throw them out" and "we don't make it until you order it"
Cons
the perception of you as a fast food employee is not always the best. The management put up with more than I personally felt they should.
