      Pros

      wouldnt be there if it wasnt for my boss...upper management (am and above) never have a positive word or praise...my boss gives positive feedback when it is needed.

      Cons

      puts the wrong managers in the wrong stores...moves managers around to often...am and above never give praise only discouragment..

      Pros

      At the Kingsfield and Highway 29 Location, I found that the people I worked with made it worth it. The rush hours were sometimes quite fun when everyone was flowing well. Pay raises are yearly with your annual review. They encourage moving up in the company.

      Cons

      Customer Service can be terrible for your mental health. I received a 20-cent pay raise, though it was for one year.
