Pros
Flexible schedule. Lots of sweet regular's. Very patient with new people. Management cares about it's employees, even the GM. It's like a family atmosphere. Good pay and good hours.
Cons
Flaky, lazy employees. (happens with any job though.) Rude customers on the daily. No tips allowed. Discounts keep getting more and more restricted. Can't have nails painted or done.
