      Pros

      They like hiring with little to no experience, giving opportunity to get into oil/gas industry.

      Cons

      Do not pay competitively. Management is completely disassociated from it's field employees. High turn over rate to lack of compensation, terrible management.

      Great opportunities for mobility within the company. Good pay for the industry and area.
