Pros
Stable job and good benefits and lots of free Williams chatchka and decent money alotted for work boots.
Cons
Poor safety record. The area I was working in had very little growth and was neglected. Once Williams took over no one was ever able to provide me with a promotiom matrix. During the downturn I was given a two person job and told not to have OT. Once things started to get better & I felt that I had done a good job at keeping costs low & still doing my job, I thought a promotion would be close and I asked several times only to be brushed aside while I watched others promoted. I wish this company luck and I appreciate the experience I obtained, but I don't stick around in jobs where my hard work is unappreciated and taken for granted.
