Poor management and no room for growth - Accountant Williams Employee Review

Williams used to be a good company when many of the Transco managers were still there. The current CEO is a complete joke who does not care about the employees who make up the company. They used to promote within in their current pool of talent but now they consistently search outside the company giving a clear sign to the younger employees that there is no room for upward mobility. The new accounting controller is exactly that, controlling and does not trust in the knowledge and ability of her employees. She must not have enough to do because she is known to clockwatch her employees.
