      - Thought-provoking work environment, you won't get bored - Great benefits - Great company culture and people - Great work-life balance - Excellent management

      Cons

      - Galleria traffic is terrible, so you have to work around the worst peak hours - I don't really have anymore gripes about the company

      Largest Midstream Pipeline company in USA and growing. Delivers 1/3 of the NGLs in the USA.

      Light on process and standardization making it hard to onboard new employees.

      A very friendly and collaborative work environment - from early career engineers to high level directors.

      Cons

      Your intern work experience can vary depending on who your supervisor is or what group you are in. I had less "meaningful" work to show for at the end of my term as my supervisor was not very present.
