      Good people in the individual contributor roles.

      Cons

      Constant change, lack of leadership and direction from the top down. Work life balance does not exist it's only talked about. Much like rewarding high performers. Everyone is just a 3 on a scale of 1 to 5.

      Largest Midstream Pipeline company in USA and growing. Delivers 1/3 of the NGLs in the USA.

      Light on process and standardization making it hard to onboard new employees.

      A very friendly and collaborative work environment - from early career engineers to high level directors.

      Cons

      Your intern work experience can vary depending on who your supervisor is or what group you are in. I had less "meaningful" work to show for at the end of my term as my supervisor was not very present.
