Pros
I've been working at Workday for a while now, and it's been a very rewarding and pleasant experience. I've collaborated with many teams and worked on hundreds of projects. The people are great, friendly and always willing to help if they can.
Cons
Sometimes it feels like there are favorites within the organizations, and those are the ones that get the most recognition. Having to direct everything through the Workday application and through the various applications they use is a bit of a pain. Very little flexibility to work from home unless you're in sales or working in a remote home office.
