      Pros

      Core values are phenomenal. Culture is great. There are no egos floating around. Everyone has a common goal to develop something special for our customers!

      Cons

      Location is not ideal for employees who live is south. Driving time is at least couple of hours daily. Growing pains with 60% new employees in last couple of years.

      Peers/ co-workers, flexibility, genuine nice co-workers

      Cons

      Lack of integrity and honesty. Sr, Director visited SLC two months ago and held 1:1 meetings to find out what she can do better and tell her something she did know. It was all smoke and mirrors and a waste of travel budget as they laid us all off. Workday get your crap together. You let go of some amazing, knowledgeable individuals that could’ve been moved to other orgs/locations but instead you decided to hand them their walking papers.
