      Pros

      Facilities: snacks, showers, bike facilities and location. Market leading HR product. Massive success in implementing our product.

      Cons

      Pretentious. At times it feels the culture is only based on being "the opposite of other companies". Many old-timers stopped caring about integrating new blood and new ideas.

      Peers/ co-workers, flexibility, genuine nice co-workers

      Cons

      Lack of integrity and honesty. Sr, Director visited SLC two months ago and held 1:1 meetings to find out what she can do better and tell her something she did know. It was all smoke and mirrors and a waste of travel budget as they laid us all off. Workday get your crap together. You let go of some amazing, knowledgeable individuals that could’ve been moved to other orgs/locations but instead you decided to hand them their walking papers.
