      Pros

      You might get to work with some really talented people, total compensation is all right

      Cons

      -politics eats everyone alive here. No one cares about building quality products, just getting more RSUs - our ML products are a joke. We’d get laughed out of the room at most real engineering shops if we showed them how we do things - micromanagement is prolific and unbearable - a few senior engineers at the top who make all the decisions. Disagree with them at your peril

      Pros

      Flex work model- 50% in office Direct team is supportive- great people (hope they stay)

      Cons

      Constant churn in leadership and shifting priorities. Feels like we can’t get anything done. VPs and SVPs who only care about managing up. Vision is lacking Slow decisions and lots of layers of approval Women pushed out of leadership Feels like they are gaslighting people with talk of being employee first yet they hire leaders who do not live that value.
