Pros

Best products - ONLY true cloud HCM and Financials solution (there are no others) - one code line for all customers - always looking forward - no upgrades with 2 major feature releases a year with little to no effort for customers to validate (features delivered turned off - how cool is that)? Best People - executives and upper management VERY employee focused Best Culture - Core Values (Employees, Customer Satisfaction, Innovation, Integrity, FUN, Profitability) - We live these core values

Cons

Crushing competition - makes people in Oracle and SAP hate us and put in false statements trying to slow down our momentum. Like the other rating i read 8+years WD i doubt it, there are only a few of us.

Pros

Great culture at the peer to peer level. Excellent learning opportunities, good benefits and great name for resume.

Cons

Pretend to be transparent but a lot of smoke & mirrors. Significant cuts to comp plans & commissions that resulted in challenging pay cuts. While salaries were not reduced the OTE is no longer achievable and it’s a difference of thousands monthly, can’t even sell stock because it’s tanked. That being said, we’re disappointed in comp and stock but grateful to be employed because It’s no longer a matter of if you’ll be laid off but when.
