Pros

Compensation and benefits are somewhat decent

Cons

Extremely toxic work culture with favoritism and office politics Incompetent leadership that does not listen to employees Zero career growth unless you're part of the inner circle Work-life balance is a joke—constant pressure, unrealistic deadlines, and no real support Feedback is not welcome; questioning decisions can put you on the chopping block Innovation is stifled by excessive bureaucracy and indecisive management

Pros

Peers/ co-workers, flexibility, genuine nice co-workers

Cons

Lack of integrity and honesty. Sr, Director visited SLC two months ago and held 1:1 meetings to find out what she can do better and tell her something she did know. It was all smoke and mirrors and a waste of travel budget as they laid us all off. Workday get your crap together. You let go of some amazing, knowledgeable individuals that could’ve been moved to other orgs/locations but instead you decided to hand them their walking papers.
