Your coworkers and immediate leadership are all talented and intelligent individuals who actually know how to do the same work you are doing.

AI rollout and unevenly applied hybrid work made things difficult for employees with disabilities and those that lived far from office who had traditionally worked remote or for tasks that do not lend themselves well to AI overhead

This place has no pros.

I was not trained for my job and was expected to figured it out on my own. Poorly managed and positions are just made up. Compensation is an insult for the amount of work that is expected.
