      Meager opportunities for advancement for some degreed interns, IT infrastructure convoluted and difficult to navigate, records and other data difficult to access

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Cons

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
