      Cost-cutting company to the point that it's severely understaffed-- translates to high work load without much mentorship Not many opportunities for advancement in the company Not much interest or resources put into developing company culture

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Cons

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
