Pros
Lots of opportunities along the midwest, 401k PTO and pension. Strange think to have at a young age but at least this company makes an effort to force those things on employees. They also do many events to help the community.
Cons
A bit of work. The field is in much need of engineers; that said the age groups could be a bit more diverse.
