      There's a lot of room for growth. Lots of work to do. Job security is great

      The fact that we're understaff in our department and there's nothing anyone can do about it.

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Cons

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
