      Great amount of PTO, for the most part co-workers are friendly and great to get along with.

      Management only cares about certain employees, company overall starting to cut certain benefits

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Cons

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
