      Pay is unparallelled in comparison to similar jobs in the local city. Great amount of potential overtime.

      Cons

      Good Ole' boy system. Management still only takes care of each other. Reprimanded for having safety related accidents. Horrible work hours. Horrible communication.

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Cons

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
