      Can't think of a single one.

      Cons

      Be prepared for a super corporate atmosphere. Don't joke around or you'll get in trouble. Don't be friends with anyone outside of work or you'll get in trouble. It's a super strange place to work. Toxic at best.

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Cons

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
