Pros

They’re 1 day in the office and 4 days remote (Subject to change)

Cons

Entire company is a high turnover dumpster fire. Continuous low annual employee company reviews, employees are overworked and fed up and they were looking for a payroll manager for months! There is no onboarding for new employees, policy/procedural overview, and by the time you reach day 1, an employee on day 3 that is not a manager will be training you. I worked at a pizza restaurant in high school ran by teenagers that was better managed than this company. They were hiring people for senior leadership positions that lasted a day! Avoid this company at all costs as it a career reroute that will make you feel like you wasted your time. I wish I could give this company negative stars

Pros

Standard methods, cloud infrastructure, and reliance on in house staff over contractors makes it very easy to implement safe, fast, consistent changes. You will be valued as a human and you will have a voice within this company. You can make a career here. Your coworkers and immediate leadership are all talented and intelligent individuals who actually know how to do the same work you are doing.

Cons

AI rollout and unevenly applied hybrid work made things difficult for employees with disabilities and those that lived far from office who had traditionally worked remote or for tasks that do not lend themselves well to AI overhead
