      Good pay, all the hours u can handle, good people to work with

      Terrible leadership above the supervisors, alot of incompetent people in management trying to run things but have no clue what is going on or what we actually do

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Cons

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
