- The people from a personal perspective are enjoyable to work with. - Favorable work/life balance (although this is rooted in a sluggish work environment)
Cons
- No opportunity for growth, line up and cross your fingers something becomes available that will advance your skillset. - Management only defends current position, no offensive thinking. - Remains an engineering driven environment, build it and they will buy rather than considering what the consumer actually needs and wants to buy.
