Cons
The Global Microsoft Competency Center (GMCC) in Cochin is working on a model, that makes resources work as much as unpaid overtime and that too almost round the year. The volume of work that will be assigned to you will make overnight stays become a routine here. Value and quality lacks because everything is rushed out the door and there are so much other works will be pulled to your bucket along with planned works . Saturdays and Sundays theoretically off but definitely you gona have a phone call or email and will ask you to login. Pay hike, Its just a dream.
