- Terrible base pay
- Selling terrible product (former clients universally despise it)
- You won't earn commission until a few months in (they do this cute thing where you don't "unlock" commission until you book $12k in revenue)
- Good luck living on $600 a week-- might as well bartend and have time to apply for a job that actually pays a living wage
- Constantly hiring and firing a ton of people
- Cringey, culty "culture"
- Prepare to be micromanaged-- they chew you out if you go longer than ten minutes without dialing. But they encourage you to do a whole bunch of crap like listen in on past calls. Am I supposed to do this in my free time? Yeah, ok. I have a life.
- Constantly ramming propaganda down your throat about how good the commission checks are gonna be (you know, one day)
